Exhibitor applications close: 1 June 2018.

Step 1: Download the application form, terms and conditions, site plan and pricing structure.

Step 2: Print out the EXHIBITOR APPLICATION FORM OR use the ONLINE APPLICATION, complete all details and return it to the Organiser via scan/email to or fax (02) 6623 7399. Please ensure you include proof of public liability insurance and copies of any applicable licences (ie. food, liquor licences).

Step 3: No payment is required at time of booking, however applications will only be accepted once the Exhibitor Application, Public Liability and licences have been received

Step 4: Confirmation of application receipt will be sent via email

Step 5: Invoice and Payment - 2018 Site Fees
Early Bird Offer: Pay before Thursday 29 March 2018 to secure your site at 2017 prices Early Bird invoices will be issued from 26 February 2018 (2017 Prices). Standard Application invoices will be issued from 4 May 2018 (2018 Prices) Early Bird Payment is due no later than 29 March 2018. If the payment is not received exhibitor fees will increase to the 2018 rate. Standard Application Payment are due no later than 1 June 2018.

Step 6: No refund applicable if the exhibitor cancels on or after 29 June 2018
