Exhibitor applications close: 31st May 2017.

Step 1: Download the application form, terms and conditions, site plan and pricing structure.

Step 2: Print out the form OR use the ONLINE APPLICATION, complete all details and return it to the Organiser via scan/email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or fax (02) 6621 4288. Please ensure you include proof of public liability insurance and copies of any applicable licences (ie. food, dealer, liquor licences).

Step 3: No payment is required at time of booking, however applications will only be accepted once the Exhibitor Application, Public Liability and licences have been received

Step 4. Confirmation of application receipt will be sent via email

Step 5. Successful applicants will be issued an invoice from 28 April 2017, with payment due no later than 29 May 2017

NOTE: If payment is not received by due date, your site booking will be cancelled. No refund applicable if the exhibitor cancels on or after 23 June 2017.
